Processing & Shipping Time
All B.Glad Bears are handmade and made to order, requiring 4-12 weeks for production. Once completed, your order will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates & International Orders
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
Delivery Delays
Please note that unforeseen delays (such as customs processing, weather disruptions, or courier issues) may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
Lost or Stolen Packages
B.Glad Bears is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure before placing your order.
